Police intervention at party in BambëschOpposition MPs still see a lot of open questions

RTL Today
Opposition MPs have submitted a parliamentary question concerning the party in Bambësch which led to a police intervention last weekend.

MPs Françoise Hetto and Léon Gloden from the Christian Social People’s Party (CSV) submitted their question to the Minister of Internal Security, enquiring for instance about the penalties the 200 party goers can expect.
On Saturday, police reported that one infected person had also been on site. MPs Hetto and Gloden want to know if this statement turned out to be true and if the other participants had to be put in quarantine.

The CSV MPs also want to know what kind of penalties those who did not wear face masks or did not respect social distancing can expect.

The two opposition members additionally enquire if there had been any aggression towards police officers and how the minister is planning to deal with other illegal parties in the future.

The newly appointed Minister of the Interior, Henri Kox, has not yet answered this parliamentary question.
