Four people were injured on Luxembourg's roads on Thursday night and Friday morning, according to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps.

A motorcyclist was hurt following a fall on Rue Paul Noesen in Luxembourg City. Local emergency teams assisted with the incident, which occurred around 7.45pm on Thursday evening.

Shortly before 7am on Friday morning, a pedestrian was knocked down by a car on Rue de la Reconnaissance Nationale, Bascharage, suffering injuries in the process. Käerjeng and Pétange ambulances were deployed at the scene.

A car struck a tree on the CR306 between Grevels and Grosbous at 8.40am, again injuring one person. Redange paramedics were called out along with other emergency teams.

Finally, another person suffered injuries in a crash on Haaptstrooss in Wecker shortly before 9am, requiring assistance from Manternach, Biwer and Mertert emergency services.
