The victim was approached by a stranger who asked to use her phone. The victim refused. The suspect then brusquely gripped the victim's jacket, which made her wallet fall down. He immediately snatched the wallet from the ground and took off.
The suspect is of dark skin colour and has curly mid-length hair. He's believed to be around 20 years old and spoke broken French and English.
