Luxembourg police have launched a witness appeal following a hit-and-run incident involving a lorry and a car on Boulevard de la Foire near Place de l'Étoile on Monday.

Police are appealing for witnesses following an accident at Place de l'Étoile in Luxembourg City on Monday afternoon.

The incident occurred at around 2.30pm on 15 June on Boulevard de la Foire, near the junction with Place de l'Étoile. According to preliminary information, a car was travelling in the right lane towards Route d'Arlon when a lorry, which had been stationary in the left lane heading towards Route d'Esch, damaged the car's mirror as it pulled away.

The lorry driver did not stop to inspect the damage and continued driving. Police are now seeking witnesses who may have further information about the incident.
