Opening hours for Espace Post and Telecom shops will be from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, as of Wednesday 18 March, with some exceptions. To ensure the proper functioning of the network as a whole, some smaller post offices will have to be closed temporarily. Customers will be referred to nearby branches instead. The first post offices affected by the closures will be Belair, Limpertsberg, Esch-Nord and Esch-Lallange, starting on 17 March.
In order to limit unnecessary travel, Post Luxembourg reminds customers that a large part of its services are available online or remotely, such as subscribing to mobile subscriptions, viewing mobile plan consumption, ordering and managing mobile options, subscribing to fixed telephones, internet and TV subscriptions, managing checking accounts and Post bank cards, transferring and recovering parcels and even printing stamps at home.
