The reason for the fiasco is that vaccination invitations are currently sent out to people who may not have the technical ability to book appointments online, and prefer to call instead.
As the minister has mentioned in this morning's briefing, the ministry are looking into a swift resolution.
The Ministry is boosting its resources and asks the public to remain patient for a few more days. Meanwhile, appointments can still be booked online.
