Slowly but surely, the wine harvest season approaches. As preparations begin, winegrowers are hoping the weather does not change. (Video in Luxembourgish)
Luxembourg's vineyards are preparing for their September harvest with some concerns.
French vineyards have said they expect a 12% reduction in quantity compared to 2018, which is echoed by some Luxembourg winegrowers. The vineyards have fewer grapes, as reported earlier this year.
In the less plentiful vineyards, the harvest will begin mid-September. Traditionally, the Rivaner grapes are picked first.
