If you were resident in Luxembourg before 1 January 2021 you are eligible for a residency permit.
This includes people who are separately in the process of applying for Luxembourg nationality, are married to an EU or Luxembourg national, and those who already hold a European carte de séjour (residence permit).
The British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) for Luxembourg is urging all UK nationals who have not yet done so to apply today for their permit. In a press release, BCC state that the permit 'is vital to protect your right to live here, and your future in Luxembourg'.
