Luxembourg's Independent Luxembourg Broadcasting Authority (Alia) gave the green light last week.
CLT-UFA now owns 100% of the shares of Luxradio, the parent company of Eldoradio.
Alia stated that Luxradio independently decided about its editorial policies when CLT-UFA already owned 75% of Luxradio's shares.
