As the first signs of late summer appear, the arrival of the Schueberfouer becomes noticeable to those heading from Kirchberg towards the Glacis.

The iconic entrance sign for the Schueberfouer, now updated with this year's date, has recently been installed at the front section of the Glacis car park. Part of the car park has already been closed off, and motorists should expect further sections to become progressively inaccessible in the coming weeks.

Anyone planning to park in Luxembourg City should be aware that access to the Glacis will be increasingly restricted as preparations for the fair ramp up.

The 686th edition of the Schueberfouer will officially open on Friday, 21 August. Each year, around two million visitors stroll past the rides and food stalls in Luxembourg City, making the event one of the largest of its kind in the region. This year, the fair will run until 9 September.
