The security guard tried to calm a couple that was having an argument. The male party was told that he was not allowed to board a train due to his temper, at which point he became yet more aggressive.
He then started shoving the security guard, before punching him in the face. The man also verbally abused him and even threatened to kill the guard. After help arrived on scene, the woman started threatening personnel too. Formal complaints have been issued against both.
