The first accident occurred in Kayl shortly before 5pm: a cyclist was hit by a vehicle and injured. An ambulance from Esch-sur-Alzette took him into charge, and the Kayl fire department was also at the scene.
Later, a collision took place on the Bonnevoie bypass, injuring two people. Two ambulances and emergency services were called to the scene.
Another accident happened on the CR134 between Mensdorf and Beyren shortly before 6pm, involving two cars that left two people injured. Ambulances from Junglinster and Remich, as well as the Mensdorf emergency services, assisted the victims.
Around 6 pm, one person was injured in a collision between a bus and a car at the Raemerich roundabout in Esch-sur-Alzette.
In quick succession, two accidents occurred around 9pm in Dudelange and Kayl. In the first of the two, a driver hit a parked car, causing one injury. In the second, two cars collided on the N31, causing two injuries.
Lastly, an accident materialised involving two vehicles in Bous, but did not result in any injuries.
