Seven people were injured in four separate incidents across Luxembourg on Thursday evening, including two pedestrians who were struck by vehicles.

Emergency services were called to several accidents on Thursday evening, resulting in a total of seven people being injured. The first incident occurred shortly before 5pm on Route de Trèves in Niederanven, where a collision between two vehicles left one person injured. Air Rescue, an ambulance from Junglinster, and the Niederanven fire brigade were dispatched to the scene.

An hour later, another accident was reported on the A1 motorway towards Trier, between the Howald tunnel and the Iergäertchen area. Three cars were involved in the collision, leading to four people sustaining injuries. Emergency responders included ambulances and the SAMU from Luxembourg City, an ambulance from Mamer, and the Luxembourg City fire brigade.

At around 6.42pm, a pedestrian was struck on Rue d'Ehlerange in Esch-sur-Alzette. The Luxembourg City SAMU, an ambulance from Centre SaDiff, and the Esch fire brigade attended to the injured individual.

Later, at 9.30pm, another pedestrian was hit by a car on Rue d’Anvers in Luxembourg City. An ambulance from Luxembourg City took the injured person to hospital.
