Last Friday, Luxembourg’s ministers approved the national sales dates for the upcoming year. Winter sales are to begin on Monday 2 January and will last four weeks, concluding on Saturday 28 January. In summer 2023, sales will also last four weeks, beginning on Saturday 24 June and finishing on Saturday 22 July.

When it comes to other countries in the greater Luxembourg region, the following dates have been announced:

• Belgium: Tuesday 3 January to Tuesday 31 January 2023
• France: as of Monday 2 January in Lorraine and as of Wednesday 11 January in the rest of the country, to last four weeks in total
