Come afternoon, the rain will grow heavier (though, oddly, the sun may also peek out now and then), and the gusts may reach as much as 85 km/h. The good news is that the evening will be less rainy again - not free from rain, mind, but less rainy - though the wind remains.
Morning temperatures will range from 4 to 6°C, rising as high as 11°C in the afternoon, dropping to 4-7°C in the evening.
