One person was injured in a car accident between Erpeldange and Drauffelt on Friday evening, while another person was injured in a separate road accident between Echternach and Steinheim.

On Friday evening, shortly before 9pm, a driver was involved in an accident on the CR325.

According to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), the accident involving one car occurred at 8.51pm on the road between Erpeldange and Drauffelt. One person was injured.

In addition to the Emergency Medical Assistance Service (SAMU) from Ettelbruck, an ambulance from Hosingen was sent to the scene, as were firefighters from Wiltz.

One person was also injured in a collision between two cars on the road between Echternach and Steinheim. Firefighters from Echternach and an ambulance from Junglinster attended the scene.
