BURGLARY ON ROUTE D'ARLON

Police are enlisting the help of the public to identify a man who participated in a robbery on Wednesday afternoon on route d'Arlon.

According to authorities, the apartment's inhabitant returned home to find the door had been forced open. Two men exited the flat, knocking the resident down before fleeing.

One of the burglars was stopped thanks to intervention by a neighbour and passersby.

The second man escaped and is yet to be found, despite a police search. He is said to be around 1.75m tall, of thin build, and wearing blue jeans and a light blue t-shirt. Police can be contacted with any information on (+352) 24 44 04 500.

SHOPLIFTING ON THE GRAND-RUE

In November 2018, a man was observed stealing two pairs of shoes in a shop in Grand-Rue.

Despite efforts by staff, he was able to escape.

Police have released two images of the suspect, and are asking anyone with information to come forward on (+352) 24 44 04 500.
