The first fire of the evening erupted in rue de l'Abattoir in Hollerich. Firefighters from Hesperange and Luxembourg City were at the scene. Nobody suffered any injuries.
The second fire was reported in rue du Château in Bettange-sur-Mess. Firefighters from Dippach and Differdange were present to extinguish the flames before anybody was hurt.
Shortly after 7 p.m., two cars collided at Place de la Gare in the capital, which caused injuries to one person.
