The first accident occurred on the CR121 between Junglinster and Blumenthal at 6.16pm. Two cars collided, leaving one person injured. The local fire brigade and an ambulance were despatched.
Just ten minutes later, the emergency services had to be despatched again, this time to Rodenbourg, a neighbouring village of the municipality of Junglinster. One person was injured in a car crash on the CR129. The Junglinster fire brigade and an ambulance from Lintgen were sent to the scene.
