The man was stopped by police on Rue de l'Ecole Agricole. Officers found small quantities of heroin and cocaine on his person.
When searching his house afterwards, the police also arrested a woman at the residence, thought to be involved with the illegal handling of drugs. Further evidence of drugs were discovered at the man's home.
Both people were taken into custody and brought before a judge on Saturday morning, following orders from the public prosecutor's office.
In total, officers found 20 grams of heroin, as well as small quantities of marijuana and cocaine.
