Things are calming down again across the country after the extensive rainfall throughout Monday and Tuesday and the localised floods it caused.

The highest level on the Sûre at Rosport was measured around 3.30am at 5.82 metres. Normal levels around this time of year are around 2 metres.

Other rivers such as the Alzette in Ettelbruck reached their highest level early Tuesday evening and have already fallen quite a bit since then.
