A woman received a fine for €800 and a suspended six-month driving ban after speeding through a 70km zone at 126km/h in March 2019. Her lawyer attempted to argue that a ministerial regulation by François Bausch, dated January 2019, to reduce speed at this location, was illegal. However, the judge did not agree.
