The Chamber of Commerce announced these measures will apply to both construction workers and cleaners returning from collective leave, and should help authorities track potential clusters of infection within the country.
The campaign starts on Monday 17 August. In practice, this means every project involving at least three people will receive vouchers, allowing them to test at least 55% of their staff, the aim being to test at least one person per group.
The distribution of these vouchers will be increased through the following week (August 24) and continue until the end of September. Companies will clearly have to prioritise staff who are back from leave and available.
Every voucher puts the individual up for "large scale testing". If the test result is positive, the individual is contacted by health authorities to discuss and proceed on to the next steps (quarantine, isolation, etc...).
