Expect more cloudy skies on Monday, while foggy conditions are likely in some areas during the afternoon, with temperatures between 2 and 6 degrees.
There may also be local showers on Sunday afternoon/evening. Snow is expected to fall in altitudes above 500 metres in the evening. During the night the entire country may get some snow as temperatures drop below 0 degrees.
Winter is coming (back)
According to a meteorologist, cold air will continue to descend on the country throughout the day which will bring about more snow and ice rain from Monday onwards.
Temperatures below 0 are expected for Belgium. The national meteorological institute forecasts “the most intense cold” in over three years.
Meteolux expects temperatures to drop to -8 to -10 in Luxembourg.
