Luxembourg's best known politicians - Prime Minister Xavier Bettel and European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker - were filmed during a touching and out of the ordinary exchange on Thursday.
The two politicians were at the European Union summit deciding on the next European Commission president in Brussels, where negotiations faltered as leaders failed to reach a consensus on Juncker's successor.
The video showing Bettel consoling Juncker, both politicians looking stressed, unfortunately does lack context but Parrock's lighthearted tweet highlights that Bettel is "the friend we all need."
