Led by pianist and arranger Scott Bradlee, the ever-evolving collective has built a loyal following in the Grand Duchy over the years, with their unique take on modern music through a vintage lens.
Since forming in New York back in 2011, Postmodern Jukebox have become a global phenomenon, reimagining contemporary hits in the style of classic jazz, swing, soul and big band. Think modern pop songs transformed into something straight out of the 1920s, 50s or beyond.
Their latest tour, The Future Is Vintage, continues that idea, blending ’70s rock, ’80s pop, chart hits and even film and video game soundtracks into one time-travelling live experience.
“In the midst of the AI hype all around us… we’re presenting our own vision of the future,” says Bradlee. “One that is built upon the timeless musical genres of the past and the authentically human spirit of creativity.”
Known for their high-energy performances, dazzling musicianship and rotating cast of singers, dancers and instrumentalists, a Postmodern Jukebox show is as much a spectacle as it is a concert - part nostalgia trip, part variety show.
Whether it’s your first time or you’ve seen them before, this is one of those live shows that never quite looks the same twice.
