This put him 7 minutes and 26 seconds behind the winner Alberto Gonzalez Garcia from Spain. In second place came British athlete Ben Dijkstra and in third place came Vetle Bergsvik Thorn from Norway. The top three all crossed the finish line within three seconds of each other.
