John Kipkorir Komen won the marathon for the third time at 2:16:5, while 2nd and 3rd place went to fellow countrymen Joseph Munywoki Joseph Munywoki (2:18:53) a Philip Birech (2:20:18).

Philippe Gillen finished as the first Luxembourg in 2:40:57, followed just 3 minutes later by Sam Neuser (also from Luxembourg). The 3rd Luxembourger to cross the line, ranking 13th overall, was Thierry Dondelinger (2:55:7)


The first woman to cross the line was Kenyan Betty Jematia Chepkwony (2:38:55), with fellow Keynan Rebby Cherono right on her tail arriving just 34 seconds later, and Kenyan Sarah Lagat following suit (2:41:48).

Karin Schank holds the best Luxembourgish time for women with 3:5:24, second place goes to Diane Heuertz (3:35:33) and third to Susanne Loewen with 3:41:19.


Justin Mahieu ran the 21km in 1:10:27. Kass crossed the finish line 1 minute and 3 seconds later, and Yannick Lieners came third with 1:13:2.


Liz Nepper was the first woman to finish with a time of 1:25:20. 2nd and 3rd places go to Jackie Mores (LU) and Amélie Franc (FR).
