BasketballLavone Holland gives Sparta victory with spectacular last-second throw from half-way line

Sparta Bertrange and T71 Dudelange faced off in the national basketball championship on Friday evening.

Thanks to US American player Lavone Holland, Sparta was able to bring home a 91:90 victory in the very last second. Unsurprisingly, the fans went crazy as the ball went into the net from the half-way line.

The Women’s team also played a game in Bertrange on Friday, beating Amicale Steinsel with 85:74.
