Cyclocross World CupLuxembourg's Christine Majerus comes in 10th place

At the last World Cup ahead of the World Championship, Luxembourg athlete Christine Majerus came in 10th place in the last race in Hoogerheide in the Netherlands.

Majerus crossed the finish line 1 minute and 13 seconds after winner Lucina Brand from the Netherlands. Brand was joined on the podium by Katherine Compton (USA) and Marianne Vos (NL).

Luxembourg’s Scott Thilges came in 52nd place in the last race. In the under 23 category, Nicolas Kess came in 40th place and Felix Schreiber crossed the finish line a little later and ended the race in 45th place.

No fewer than 5 Luxembourgers took part in the Junior’s race. Loic Bettendorf came in 16th place ahead of Tom Paquet (45.), Mick Esser (50.), Mats Wenzel (54.) and Pablo Blatt.
