A 25-year-old man is being tried after he was arrested for public indecency in February. The man had masturbated on a train and in front of two women. In court, the defendant admitted being 'considerably inebriated'.
The prosecutor recommended the man be sentenced with a fine and a probational two-month prison sentence, provided he undergo treatment.
The verdict will be proclaimed on 5 December.
