After primary schools launched the new academic year last Thursday, it is now time for the country's secondary pupils to return to school.

A little over 45,000 pupils are officially registered across Luxembourg’s public and private secondary schools for this academic year. 5,265 teachers will educate them.

Lycée Technique du Centre, located in Limpertsberg and Kirchberg, is the largest institution with 2,056 registrations. Close second is Lycée Mathias Adam in Pétange with 2,050 students.

As of this year, the Ecole de Commerce et de Gestion in Geesseknäppchen will offer a new specialised course on entrepreneurship.
