According to a statement from the Bridges and Roads Authority, the respective motorway section in the direction of Gasperich will be shut from 8pm on Friday to 5am on Monday.
Aside from the section between the Potaschberg and Flaxweiler interchanges, the closure will also affect the slip roads (direction Gasperich) in both locations.
Traffic from the A1 toward Gasperich will be redirected at Potaschberg via the N1 to the Senningerberg interchange. Motorists coming from the CR142 will have to take a detour to get to the motorway.
