The victim was approached by two men, one of whom touched his neck and back, then hit him in the chest. The assailant ripped two necklaces from the victim's neck before both men ran away.
Police initiated a search, identifying one of the assailants who was then arrested by order of the public prosecutor's office. The second suspect was said to still be at large.
