While all of the country’s primary schools are back in business as of Thursday, first-year students in secondary education still have until Friday, followed by the rest of pack on Monday.

The back-to-school slogan chosen by Minister of Education Claude Meisch for the 2022/2023 academic year is “Good education for everyone”. This year will see some major novelties, including the introduction of free school lunches, free daycares, and free homework support, which are all supposed to help ease financial pressure from low-income families.

In light of the school start, the police have announced that they will conduct additional speed checks and also control how parents station their cars around school premises.

We at RTL Today and RTL Today Radio thought we would sweeten this experience with some *noice* swag from your favorite news website/radio. Think of a lunch box or maybe a pencil case or something entirely else?

And all you got to do is upload your best ‘Back to school’ picture right here. What that entails is up to you! You’ve got a cool backpack to show of? A carefully put out outfit you can’t wait to rock for your first day back? Let your imagination run wild :-)
