Bram has long been an established name in the Luxembourgish clothing sector. According to "TextilWirtschaft", Stuttgart enterprise Breuninger is set to take over both the Munich business Konen, as well its Luxembourgish sister company Bram.
Although the deal has long been in the making, it is yet to be made official. According to sources, contracts are still being worked out, but are expected to be finalised by Monday. Employees will most likely be contacted by Konen about the takeover at the beginning of next week.
