
The evening's first callout came at around 5.45pm, when a collision between a car and a motorcycle left one person injured and requiring evacuation to the emergency room in Esch-sur-Alzette.
At around 8.30pm, the emergency medical service was called to a serious single-vehicle accident near Berg in which a driver lost control and crashed into a tree at the roadside.
Between 10pm and 11pm, firefighters from Bettembourg responded to three separate incidents leaving three people injured. One person was hurt after their vehicle struck a parked car, while two others were injured in a separate collision between two cars.
The night's final incident occurred shortly before 2am on the A4 near Pontpierre, where two cars collided. Ambulances from Esch-sur-Alzette and Luxembourg City evacuated two injured people from the scene.
