An abnormally high number of couples attended the capital's town hall on Thursday to carry out their nuptials.
For some, the choice of date was a coincidence, while others had planned to get married on the special date for over a year. Either way, with seven weddings to get through, the Luxembourg City town hall was unusually busy on Thursday afternoon!
