A cyclist suffered a bad fall on rue de Hostert in Nagem around 6.30pm. The man was left with serious injuries and was taken to hospital in the rescue helicopter.
Around the same time, another cyclist was injured after being hit by a car on rue du Moulin in Sanem. The emergency services did not provide further details of his injuries.
Elsewhere, a motorcyclist was left injured after a fall on the B7 between Ingeldorf and Ettelbruck, while a collision between two cars at 5.40pm injured one person on the A4 between Leudelange and Esch.
Finally, one person suffered minor injuries after a car accident on rue de l'Usine in Rumelange, shortly after 9pm.
