Due to an unspecified incident on the French rail network, delays and cancellations occurred on Thursday on the Luxembourg–Thionville–Metz line in both directions.

The usual bus services (501, 502, 503, 504, 551) continued to run as normal, as did the tram and trains between Howald and Luxembourg City station.

The cause of the disruption has since been resolved, but delays and cancellations may still occur, according to national railway company CFL, which apologised for the inconvenience caused.
