PoliceDriver caught speeding - without winter tyres or valid driver's licence

RTL Today
On Monday at around 11.20pm, a driver was stopped on the A13 motorway because he was going 160 kilometres per hour instead of respecting the legal limit of 110 km/h.

But that wasn't the end of the story. As it turned out, the driver was driving a rental vehicle that wasn't equipped with winter tyres.

What's more, the driver also wasn't in possession of a valid French driver's licence.

The car was seized and the man was ticketed.

In Differdange's Avenue de la Liberté, a car was stopped at around 9.45pm because it was driving around without any lights on.

Police officers tested the driver's blood alcohol level and the results came back positive.

His driver's licence was understandably rescinded on the spot.
