Police stopped a number of vehicles over the last 3 days. A number of drivers were fined for various traffic offenses.

Police monitored roads across the country: in smaller villages, on country roads, and on the country's motorways.

Two cars were stopped on Saturday morning for driving 50km/h over the speed limit in the A13 tunnel. Both drivers were slapped with a driving ban.

Police recorded two further speeding infractions: one on Route d'Ettelbrück in Diekirch, and one on the Route d'Arlon. Other drivers were charged for not respecting the ongoing Covid-19 travel restrictions.

Police also pulled over a speeding driver on Rue d'Audun in Esch. The man tested positives for drugs.
