Wild scenes unfolded on Luxembourg's streets last night. During a routine police check, an officer had to jump out of the way when a driver bolted through the checkpoint around 3.00 am.
The driver allegedly overlooked the police check. He performed an emergency stop shortly thereafter.
Both alcohol and drug tests came back positive. On top of that, the man's car also had summer tyres fitted.
The driver was fined and forced to leave his car behind.
