Officers arrived to the scene to find the car's owner trying unsuccessfully to change a tyre. Apparently the woman had been driving along on the wheel for a couple of kilometres. Consequently the car had to be towed.
An alcohol test proved the driver was over the limit, and her licence was withdrawn.
