On Monday 5 September, the government will once again send out alert text messages to test its emergency notification system in certain parts of the country: Beckerich, Bertrange, Ell, Feulen, Garnich, Grosbous, Habscht, Kehlen, Koerich, Kopstal, Mamer, Mertzig, Préizerdaul, Rambrouch, Redange, Steinfort, Strassen, Useldange, Vichten et Wahl.
A statement also draws attention to the fact that not everyone will receive the message at the same time.
As with previous tests, the notification will show the following text: “LU-ALERT / ALERTE TEST / NO ACTION REQUIRED / AUCUNE ACTION REQUISE / KEINE HANDLUNG ERFORDERLICH / INFOS: GD.LU/LU-ALERT.”
