Four separate accidents on Saturday afternoon left four people injured, according to the emergency services.

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) has reported that four separate accidents left four people injured on Saturday afternoon.

At 2.39pm on the A4 motorway heading towards Esch-sur-Alzette, a car crashed into the crash barrier. One person was injured.

Barely five minutes later, a motorcyclist was injured after crashing between Lieler and Ouren (B).

At 3.22pm, one person was injured in a collision involving two cars between Bleesbruck and Bettendorf.

Finally, a cyclist was injured after being struck by a car on Rue Christophe Plantin in Gasperich at around 4pm.
