On Monday evening at 5.34 pm, Hobscheid firefighters were called to Gäichel on the border with Belgium, as two cars crashed into each other.
As the firefighters arrived, it was clear that both vehicles had collided head-on. Luckily, there had been no significant injuries. The drivers were taken to the hospital in Arlon by the Steinfort ambulance for a routine check-up.
