Police and fire fighters from Niederanven, Munsbach and Luxembourg City were called to the site of the incident.
According to the fire fighters' report, flames engulfed a terrace before spreading to the walls and roof of the house.
The fire was extinguished within an hour, both inside and outside the building. No one was injured.
