Two weeks ago, Landesverband president Georges Merenz told RTL the trade union does not plan to dissolve and will continue to remain an important federation in Luxembourg.
However, the president also stressed that it needs to discuss collaboration with the OGBL in order to strengthen its work.
Whatever collaboration is decided, the Landesverband will never lose its identity.
The union will decide the extent of this cooperation on Monday.
