While some municipalities, including Differdange and Kahler, saw waves of hail coming down on Sunday, others were exposed to strong rainfall or thunderstorms.
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps announced that lightning struck twice in Clemency, both incidents leading to minor fires. The fire brigade from Bascharage was called to the scene. Nobody was injured.
